Versatile, Honest and Witty, these are the main traits of Jack, James and David Dodsworth.

I would love to get a job within Games Journalism, accomplishing that goal would be two of my passions come to life, I love videos games and adore telling people of what I like; to endorse video games as a profession, there is no sweeter deal. Invoking the career, I find a career in broadcasting is the life for me.

 

As a well-rounded young man, I find the ideal of working with a camera great and working with a select audience even better. The idea of this career appeared to me when I would (and still do) watch game news channels and networks, the reporters and people within the industry would go to big events and review or get sneak peaks at new games that are in development, to be a part of that process would be a dream come true.

 

As of my personality, I have a fascination with the creative industries as a whole from games to music to film, as well as that I am a Christian and I am a youth leader of my local church, in my spare time I develop small videos for my church and am thinking of further advancing my YouTube channel.

 

I have other interests too, I adore painting using oils, eating and experiencing different foods, drawing as a whole and even reading graphic novels.I would say that one of my finest achievements was achieving the Level 2 Diploma in Creative Media within secondary school; this was especially hard to get due to the timing of the course, only one other person achieved the award too. One of my most proudest projects within that course was the design of my own comic book.

 

As far as work experience, I have worked as placement within a hospital radio station back in 2013, in which I hosted a news show and interviewed to guests from Texas.

 

As far as part time employment, I have worked at a local hotel of mine as a waiter, dealing with a variety of characters.As far as transferable skills go; I am versatile, I can be the team leader who is honest and emphatic or a completely independent worker, and I am also a very good listener because I care about what people say. Currently I have been developing a portfolio of all my work which has been created within spare time and college work; it varies from blogs to artworks and even projects.
